Baron Hill supports Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the nation. How much does Baron support an organization that has killed thousands of unborn children? He supports them enough to protect the approximately $300 million they annually receive from Federal Title X programs.

Title X programs allocate federal funds-your tax dollars-to family planning programs. Although barred by federal law from spending taxpayer dollars to directly fund abortions, family planning groups and abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood, use the funds to cover overhead costs. Thus, taxpayers are forced to subsidize the operations of abortion providers.

Yesterday the U.S. House voted on an amendment introduced by Rep. Mike Pence (R-IN). The amendment would have changed H.R. 3043 to insure that Planned Parenthood would have been denied the approximately $300 million of federal funds that annually receive. Baron Hill joined Nancy Pelosi and voted against the amendment.
